Job Description

The Senior Campus Recruitment Partner will be responsible for executing the full cycle recruitment strategy for new graduates and interns. They will act as strategic partners to the senior leadership team, providing solutions to meet the evolving hiring needs of the company through campus recruitment and programs.The ideal candidate will be an employer branding ambassador for SSENSE and will drive key programs and initiatives that enhance our efforts to attract, recruit, onboard and retain top talent.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Attraction

  • Participate in the design, execution and monitoring of the campus attraction strategy, including faculty partnerships, campus events calendar, sponsorships, and sourcing initiatives

  • Research conferences, sponsorships and other opportunities for SSENSE to network with top talent

  • Partner with Career Service centers to keep up to date with campus curriculum, best practices, school calendars and opportunities to promote the SSENSE employer value proposition

  • Identify a diverse pool of High Potential candidates by regularly sourcing students awarded prestigious scholarships or awards, leading key students clubs and associations, reviewing resumes books, conducting coffee chat tours

  • Keep the identified High Potential candidates engaged with SSENSE by sharing invitations to events, workshops or invite them to apply to tailored career opportunities

 

Campus Hiring

  • Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers in the hiring process (e.g. Assisting them with budgeting roles, getting them involved in relevant SSENSE campus recruitment programs, sharing interviewing best practices)  

  • Conduct A to Z campus recruitment hiring process (kick-off meeting, briefing meeting, candidates screening and assessment, debrief meeting processes) 

  • Ensure a smooth conversion of offerees into hires

 

Program Management

  • Design and deliver professional development and social programs to enhance the onboarding experience 

  • Improve equity, diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies 

  • Build new programs, ensuring SSENSE is capturing every opportunity to attract and onboard top talent (e.g. Rotational program, Apprenticeships, COOP)

 

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate records and reporting concerning all phases of the recruitment process

  • Consistently apply the SSENSE campus recruitment process

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in campus recruitment in a corporate setting 

  • Project management or event management experience

  • Experience with any program management is an asset 

  • Experience with creating learning or professional development programs

  • Extensive knowledge of social media tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
