Position Summary:
Use administrative and sales skills to manage the office and provide tours or engaging conversations with Residents interested in moving in.

Responsibilities:
- Reception and office duties for the “Seniors Living” residence
- Conduct sales-effective “Tours” of the SL residence with walk-in’s and booked appointments
- Prioritize appointments and proactively and positively resolve conflicts as they arise
- Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, processing invoices, track attendance, process payroll and post scheduled hours including seniority lists
- Responds to phone and email inquiries – providing general information and referring inquiries to the appropriate source.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Persuasive Marketing and Sales experience required
- Post Secondary Education with a diploma in Office Administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Experience in an Office and or a Care Home setting an asset
- Extensive computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to maintain records, prepare contracts and complete billing
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks
- Pro-active approach and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure in busy, fast-paced environment
