Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Director/Director of Care for our Seniors Living Home to make a difference in the lives of the Residents we serve. Your guidance shapes the service we provide, supports your team, and creates the community we want our Residents to thrive in.
Primary Skills:

- Understand and promote a “Hospitality” environment within the home
- Excellent Leadership skills – To Lead, Inspire, Motivate and Drive established team
Responsibilities :
- Promote and live the Mission, Vision and Core Values of S&R
- Facilitate and promote resident choice and resident centered value within the community
- Maintain standards in the community that are within our policies and standards
- Oversee the daily operations of all resident services in the community
- Leading team to excellence by having a clear vision of what needs to be accomplished
- Responsible for hiring, performance management, discipline and termination of applicable team members
- Maximize revenue and control expenses to budget

Qualifications
For this role, you need:
- Current RPN Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
- Previous experience in a Retirement or Residential Care or Hospitality setting essential
- Minimum 5 years previous management experience
- A working knowledge of the marketplace and the needs of seniors
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in residential care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of the RHRA
