Very Strong experience in WebSphere Application Server (including admin skills) and MQ Series.

Ø             Experience with J2EE or .Net platforms (strong preference for Tomcat or WebSphere background)

Ø             Experience with Microsoft IIS, Apache or IBM HTTP Server

Ø             Experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux operating systems

Ø             Exposure to Monitoring tools such as IBM Tivoli, release management BMC ARA

Ø             Experience with LDAP platforms and technologies (Novell eDirectory/Identity Vault, Active Directory)

Ø             Good knowledge of middleware products/environments.

Ø             Prior experience in Data Centre Migration/transition projects

Ø             Understand build/install/configuration process

Ø             Excellent communication skills
