The detailed JD is -

The Analyst will utilize one of Contivo mapping tools to create maps and templates. The Analyst also provides level 2 customer support on the mapping tools. Analyst will become knowledgeable on the mapping tools, data transformation, data-formats and data process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Able to learn EDI and B2B standards and formats (training provided).

• Communicate effectively via email with global customers and staff.

• Design, develop and deliver kits and/or maps based on customers’ specifications and internal system requirements (training provided).

• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revises programs.

• Work with development to enhance, QA and troubleshoot product issues.

The Mapping Analyst will possess exceptional listening, problem solving and communication skills. Must also be a self-starter, team player, who can multitask. Computer inter/intranet skills are necessary. Ideally the candidate would have an understanding and proficiency in EDI and XML standards, but not required.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SQL a plus.

Experience with transformation tools such as Contivo, Informatica, Dell Boomi, IBM Sterling, Gentran, Tibco, Pervasive, Seeburger, AxWay.
