1.Role Description
Responsible for supporting where required design, build and test of the SRM solution and associated technologies.
This includes validation of the current solution, against today's (and possibly changed) business requirements.
2.Primary Responsibilities
SRM Consultant;
To take responsibility for the design of the existing SRM solution and completing / ensuring completion of all necessary SRM documentation (PDD’s, SDD’s, Interface and Development specifications, S&A and Organisational Design requirements).
To manage SRM business requirements and provide an integrated, areas – both within
To ensure that all elements of the SRM business requirements have a solution that matches the end user requirements.
To ensure build and test of all elements of the SRM ESAP solution is according to the HCL Axon standards.
To ensure compliance of SRM design against signed off scope and proactively respond to any business changes.
To deliver on time and according to the timescales required by the Programme.
To ensure all Third Parties and Business Stakeholders are aware of risks pertaining to the solution.
To assist the client with analysis and possibly execution of SRM upgrade
3.Necessary Experience
Core experience required:
SRM functional and technical skills.
Hands on experience in Design, Document, Build, Test and Deliver SAP solution for Supplier Relationship management
One full project lifecycle experience.
Additional experiences would be of benefit:
ABAP debugging
SRM Classic

• Able to assist the Business with clear definition of business requirements.
• Able to provide a robust challenge to the business to safeguard scope.
• Good communication skills – both within peer group and client facing.
• Strong delivery skills – able to take ownership of the functional area and deliver it throughout the design / build and test phases.
• Good written skills – ability to write clear communications to Peers, Programme Management Team and External Third Parties.
• Able to work with / manage third parties and represent their issues and risks to the Programme.
