Knowledge & Experience:

1. 6-8 years of experience with minimum 5 years user experience design.
2. 3-4 years of experience in Mobile user experience design and prototyping, well versed with technologies for front end development like HTML 5, CSS, Java Script.
3. Strong experience in human-computer interaction, Visual Design and usability analysis.
4. Ability to understand a product’s vision, and translate it into unique design solutions in collaboration with all stakeholders.
5. Capability to communicate with clients, provide insight into UX decisions and collaborate with project team.
6. A deep understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using digital platforms
7. In-depth knowledge of GUI prototyping tools, software design, mobile & web development technologies, and protocols

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for mapping and conversion of business requirement from IBP/Customer/Employees to mobile environment
2. Conceive and model user interface prototypes based on collected user requirements, use cases, and business objectives.
3. Design User Experience: user interfaces, information architecture, interaction flow, and design patterns for web and mobile applications
4. Communicate Visions. Developing effective and impactful deliverables including (but not limited to) low and high fidelity wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, requirements documents, use cases, personas, content strategy, site maps, flow diagrams and taxonomy
5. Rapid prototype designing of interfaces, interactions, large-scale digital experiences & applications in an iterative approach in both static designs and interactive HTML/CSS
6. Work with internal and vendor team to ensure user experience design is met for every mobile app delivered by team
7. Plan and implement usability tests throughout development lifecycle and analyze results for resolving GUI-design issues.
