10 to 12 years’ experience in cold fusion alone, and should be performing as an arch or lead in their current role. The details are as follows:
· Must have worked on cold fusion 9.0 and above.

· Must have worked on web service integration with cold fusion websites.

· Must have worked on the following features:

· Scheduler enhancements
· Web service enhancements
· Caching enhancements
· Enhanced Java integration
· Must be a lead and spent time in mentoring and growing team in cold fusion technology.

Good to have:
Good communication skills as the person needs to communicate with the client directly.
Strong analyzing skills, and good problem solving aptitude.
Good team mentoring skills.
Cold fusion 11.0 would be an added advantage
