Must having idea on end 2 end new interface development (validate this in resume-  last 2 projects , last 3 years exp)

Having good knowledge on data modelling , data quality , data validation , dimension

Pl/SQL (Must)– must having exp on packages, stored procedure , triggers (not just joins and functions)

Unix+Perl Script (preferred else Unix is must) , not administration level knowledge but must have knowledge on dev side basic utilities

Web services (good to have but not must)
