Shift Timings - Rotatable shifts(1PM - 10PM/4:30PM - 1:30 AM)

Need a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 4+ years of experience and should be able to resolve ongoing production issues related to

1. Multiple Call Reports

2. Email Functionality from Salesforce to Lotus Notes

3. Designing new Report.

4. Should have (Admin + Developer) experience with APEX programming knowledge

5. Flexible to work in any shift depending on client requirement

6. Should be able handle top management Sales & Marketing and Quality team

7. Serves as a liaison between Business and IT for support & enhancements which include Requirement gathering, Solution development, Testing, and Deploying the solution to production

8. Good in analytical experience and understanding internal IT processes

9. Candidate should be very strong in communication, presentation, and consulting skills

10. Working under global environment and a chemical industry client is a plus
