Company Description

Our client is located in the Buford/Cumming area.  They are seeking a contract recruiter for a part-time (25 hours per week) or possibly full-time (40 hours per week) role.  You wil primarily recruit technicians and skill-sets required for all CCTVs security, voice/data, POS and video technology installations in commercial, large scale construction projects around the U.S.

Job Description

  • Manage recruitment activity including job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Manage all recruiting vendors and contract candidates
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with the hiring manager, business leaders, and HR
  • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources and manage candidate flow
  • Develop and manage the pool of qualified candidates from your sources and external agency partners
  • Manage the entire recruiting process including interviews, candidate follow-up, agency management and all other duties
  • Track recruiting priorities to ensure a stable, high quality and responsive recruiting pipeline
  • Conduct regular follow-up with Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategy
  • Work with the team brainstorming on how to further develop and foster recruiting best practices
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects



  • 3+ years experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Hands-on role sourcing experience
  • Approachable and high-energy with the ability to connect with candidates and employees
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and ability to innovate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
