· Interaction with Client’s key Business and Technical stakeholder for Solution Designing and Architecture

· Identify and implement right design pattern for the solution.

· Create Technical Specification and Design Document

· Monitor/ Track/ Review the delivery to ensure the based practices and design principles are adhered into delivery

· Develops application /Apex coding / Visual Force pages etc. / Integration development with appropriate documentation

· Must be able to lead technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage the integration process.

· Hands on with salesforce configuration/coding along with integration using REST/SOAP

· Provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies

· Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSL, SOQL, and web services.

· Develop the functionalities as per scope

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Salesforce certification strongly preferred

· Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in testing

Any degree

At least 2 or more from the following

· Should be salesforce certified 501/Advanced Developer

· Salesforce.com Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator

· Salesforce Platform Developer 1
