Designs a complete and complex framework, system or product. Defines processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Conceives system interfaces and business application prototypes. Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses. Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems. Provides multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.

Required:
* Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or other related field.
* Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired:
* Masters degree in engineering, computer science, or other related field
* Ability to obtain access to the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) NLT 30 days from contract award.
* A current Information Assurance Support Architect Engineering (IASAE) Level III certification.
* A minimum of five years of managerial experience in engineering.
* A minimum of five years of experience with implementing and overseeing a SW code assurance program based on industry best practices.
* A minimum of five years of experience overseeing a cybersecurity program of a similar scope and complexity including vulnerability assessments, IAVA reporting, and information assurance problem resolution, and applying security principles.
* At least five years’ experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement.
* One or more of the following certifications: INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
* CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Server+ Certification
