Provides the government’s SIGINT Oversight Manager subject matter expertise on SIGINT analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology. Contractor employee advises on integrating National Intelligence Community’s collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities into the planning, threat analysis, targeting, and assessment processes in support of joint SOF and coalition operations. Contractor employee advises on cross queuing of multiple national-level assets within the Intelligence Community. Contractor employee assists the Government to define, document, and formalize SIGINT analysis and reporting processes within AFSOC’s operational environment. Documentation assistance shall include, but not be limited to, the development of CONOPs, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), United States Signal Intelligence Directives (USSID) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Contractor employee operates and trains Government personnel on current and future AFSOC PED SIGINT/ELINT tools (e.g. IBS, NSANet, SILENT DAGGER, GALE, IMOM, ASSET, and tactical terminals). Contractor employee liaises with internal and external SIGINT organizations to plan, execute, and coordinate issues related to AFSOC SIGINT PED.

MUST POSSESS A TS/SCI CLEARANCE AND BE SAP/SAR ELIGIBLE.  APPLICANTS MUST STATE CLEARANCE LEVEL WITH RESPONSE OR THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  EXPIRED CLEARANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Required:  Minimum 10 years hands-on SIGINT analysis and production experience out of the last 12 years. Candidates must fully comprehend the duties of an SIGINT Advisor.  Contractor employees must possess, and maintain at Contractor expense, a positively adjudicated and current polygraph. Contractor employees must be proficient using NSANet. Additionally, contractor must be familiar with GALE, IMOM, ASSET, IBS, and ELINT equipment, software and databases.

Desired: Contractor employee should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience supporting SIGINT analysis and productions missions. Additional years of general experience in the fields of SIGINT analysis is highly desired.
