Provides daily support to AFSOC/A2, AFSOC/A3, AFSOC/A5, and other AFSOC directorates and divisions. This support focuses on current intelligence collection and ISR weapon systems; to include, programmed capabilities, quick-reaction capabilities, interim solutions or initiatives, and National ISR collection. Contractor employee applies expert knowledge in the areas of SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, Information Operations (IO), intelligence support to Space, intelligence support to Cyber, the intelligence exploitation processes, associated Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Concept for Operations (CONOP) development. Contractor employee will develop, collaborate, and respond to requirements that affect current ISR capabilities, immediate planning, resources and implementation. Contractor employee will provide support to Air Operations Center ISR Division activities, operational ISR unit-level intelligence functions and identify operations-related training requirements.

MUST POSSESS A TS/SCI CLEARANCE AND BE SAP/SAR ELIGIBLE.  APPLICANTS MUST STATE CLEARANCE LEVEL WITH RESPONSE OR THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  EXPIRED CLEARANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Required:  Minimum 10 years hands-on Operations and Target analysis and production experience out of the last 12 years. Candidates must fully comprehend the duties of a Senior ISR Operations Specialist/Target Analyst.

Desired: Contractor employee should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience supporting Operations and Target analysis and productions missions. Additional years of general experience in the fields of Operations and Target analysis is highly desired.
