Provides support by incorporating Publicly Available Information (PAI) knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft and activities within the Intelligence Community (IC) ISO AFSOC. Contractor employee provides analytic support, guidance and tradecraft through knowledge capture, sharing and learning. Contractor will conduct PAI research and OSINT collection/analysis in support of command priority intelligence requirements (PIR) and Requests for Information (RFI). Contractor establishes, refines, and responds to validated, submitted and tasked PAI/OSINT requirements in accordance with (IAW) the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP). Contractor employee must participate in the USAF, SOCOM, and DoD OSINT/PAI communities of practice via VTCs, working groups, conferences, etc., to establish professional relationships in support of AFSOC requirements. Contractor will work with other HQ AFSOC analysts to provide final products, to include, both classified and unclassified information and intelligence. Contractor employee will identify requirements for the application of PAI/OSINT to unique AFSOC missions, to include, PED, FID, STS, Information Ops, etc. Contractor employee will support PAI tools evaluation, briefings, policy, and CONOPS development.

MUST POSSESS A TS/SCI CLEARANCE AND BE SAP/SAR ELIGIBLE.  APPLICANTS MUST STATE CLEARANCE LEVEL WITH RESPONSE OR THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  EXPIRED CLEARANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Required:  Minimum 10 years hands-on experience on matters related to incorporating PAI knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft and activities out of the last 12 years. Candidates must fully comprehend the duties of a Publicly Available Information Analyst.

Desired: Contractor employee should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience in PAI analysis and production. Contractor employee should have a minimum of 8 years operational experience in the PAI analysis.
