Job Description

Do you have a passion for coordinating Corporate onsite floor Facilities mixed with providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team!    

As the Facilities Administrator, you will provide a high level of service in processing and distributing mail/deliveries/couriers, ensuring efficient administration of associated paperwork and assisting in maintaining the office environment.

Working in a small corporate team you will manage daily mail activities, maintain stock levels for office equipment, coordinate maintenance of facilities such as meeting rooms, lockers and appliances, support the reception team and many other activities associated with the seamless running of a busy office.  Mon to Fri 38hrs per week.  Salary is $60K + Super.

It is likely you will have worked in a similar corporate role where you can demonstrate efficiencies across a range of office coordination functions.  You may have come from a reception background and have displayed the competence to move into a more challenging role with varying elements of responsibility.

You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within a similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure.
