Job Description

We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) team located in our Balcatta support centre in a Permanent Full-Time position.

Requirements for the Building Maintenance Administrator will include:

  • Obtain quotes for Preventative and Corrective maintenance contractor works 
  • Raising PR for contractor works
  • Apply Temp Fixes in IFS
  • Follow up PR's advice contractor upon approval and PO's numbers
  • Attached completed reports after review from the Planner to the Work Orders
  • Weekly Planning Handover Meeting Minutes
  • Contact and booking of properties for maintenance
  • Manage Travel and Accommodation for contractors.

General Administration Support

  • Foster and maintain a strong rapport with staff and managers at all levels
  • Other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll need:  

  • 3 plus years industry experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of contract terms and conditions
  • Understanding of performance measures
  • Contract administration
  • Experience in facilities management or remote mine environment
  • Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
