Who are we looking for? 

If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you!

As a Head Chef you will have strong leadership skills, customer service focus and have proven experience in large high volume kitchen environments with working knowledge of the resources sector.

You will provide leadership, coordinate and support staff in maintaining a customer focused, secure and safe working environment

To be successful, you’ll need: 

• Australian Citizenship or, Full Australian working rights  

• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery  

• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) 

• A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness 

You will set the tone for a high performance environment and achieve success by consulting with key stakeholders on a regular basis, while tenaciously driving performance.
