Trainee Quantity Surveyor – Leeds

As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Monitoring & Surveying Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Monitoring & Surveying Team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. 

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Develop commercial skills with some supervision and training

• Take comprehensive notes to support independent learning and for project recording

• Undertake a professional qualification in the construction industry

To be a successful Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you should be able to demonstrate:

•  Accuracy and attention to detail

• Willingness to work on a secondment role in a client’s office or site premises

• A Qualification in a relevant subject, Level 3 or above, to be eligible for Degree Apprenticeship
