Job Description
Purpose of the role
To assist the Country Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day HR functions and thereby gain knowledge and training in Human Resource Management.
- Update both hardcopy and electronic filing systems
- Conduct employee file audit in line with prescribed guidelines
- Audit all staff files both electronic and hardcopies
- Come up with action plans to ensure missing or vital documents are timely placed on file
- Screen resumes and application forms on smart recruiters platform
- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Attend to Human Resource staff queries
- Assist Country Human Resource Manager in processing staff benefits
- Assist Country Human Resource Manager in maintaining and updating staff information systems on SharePoint
- Any other duties as assigned by the Country Haman Resource Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Social Work / Business Administration (recent graduate)
