SMK Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in California. We’re currently hiring delivery drivers to support our team. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who enjoy being on the road, staying active, and delivering smiles to customers.

Position Highlights:

• Anticipated schedule: part-time 3 days per week, 8-10 hours per day including at least one weekend day
• Extra shifts may be available, but not guaranteed
• Opportunity for full-time permanent employment: Drivers may be considered for long-term roles based on performance and business needs (review required)

What You’ll Do:

• Safely deliver 240 - 400 packages per day to homes, apartments, and businesses
• Operate and inspect a delivery vehicle, ensuring it meets safety and cleanliness standards
• Repeatedly load and unload packages up to 50 lbs
• Often tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without helper
• Navigate and follow delivery routes using a company-provided device
• Work in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, etc.
• Maintain high standards for attendance, performance, and safety
• Support teammates as needed by assisting with additional routes
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service

Before your first shift, you’ll complete a 2-day training course and a ride-along with an experienced driver. 

What You Need:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid non-provisional, unrestricted California driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to undergo DOT drug screening, DOT physical exam, and successfully complete training
• Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
