Job Description
Your Mission
As a Finance Process Specialist in Process & Quality Management and Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finance processes, strong internal controls, and reliable billing and data management across SMG Real Estate. This role allows you to drive process improvements, enhance data quality, support and optimize billing processes, and take ownership of operational billing tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to our overarching goals and mission. Join our dynamic team, located in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Specifically, you will work on:
- Maintaining and improving finance process documentation, internal control documentation (IKS, audit), and control matrices
- Monitoring and enhancing data quality through dashboards, reporting, and analysis (e.g., billing, customer data)
- Supporting operational finance activities, including billing processes, dunning, and handling finance-related cases
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and running monthly closing processes (invoice run)
- Identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Qualifications
What will you bring to the ride?
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, process management, or controlling
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process optimization
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and billing engines) and reporting tools
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
