We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its Hong Kong office!

Job Description

To do what?

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role within Sleek by helping the operations team in delivering its mission: make the lives of business owners easier by helping them in their daily back office tasks!


More specifically?

  • Perform a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, incoming and outgoing mail handling, documentation scanning and filing and office maintenance etc.
  • Government forms preparation and submission
  • Assist with receptionist services (occasional) and handle phone calls
  • Support the operations team on general administration tasks
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the operations team

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • High Diploma or above in business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good computing skills, e.g. MS Office, Excel and Word 
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, independent, detail-minded, mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasking
  • Immediately available is preferred 
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
