Job Description

The primary aim of this role is to provide day-to-day support and communication with
customers while maintaining and enhancing team/company performance as the liaison
between the company and its current and potential customers. This involves effectively
resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and responding to customer requests, problem solving while liaising with the Team Leader
  • Delivering prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat and internal messaging system
  • Working in databases, back offices and researches, while prioritizing and resolving issues as they arise
  • Assisting directly or routing customers to the appropriate staff for assistance
  • Maintaining documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of all relevant PlanetWin365 products, services and promotions
  • Delivering daily reports to the Team Leader

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Italian language and good English speaker
  • Proficient computer user (MS Office, Internet browsers) and preferably familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Preferably interested in sports and online gaming
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven experience of working towards achieving set targets
  • Ability to translate the customer service goals into activities, as well as to support them with excellent phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently, effectively and productively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Proven capability as a problem solver with an ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Adaptable and willing to be flexible to cover a wide range of activities needed within a growing company
  • Capable of providing informative and constructive recommendations, demonstrating clarity of thought and able to contribute opinions effectively
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types including the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
