YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You own the full product backlog across the Marketing Data & Audience Platform - including the CDP, CRM data layer, and audience management capabilities - prioritizing initiatives that serve CRM, SEA, and Display teams
  • You are the single point of accountability for CRM data quality and completeness, defining data standards, monitoring data health, and driving remediation initiatives
  • You lead the CDP roadmap from vendor evaluation and setup through to identity resolution, data ingestion pipelines, segment architecture, and consent compliance
  • You act as the primary interface between marketing channel teams and the engineering/data team, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • You enable SEA and Display teams to build and activate high-performing audiences, including lookalike, suppression, and first-party data activations across ad platforms
  • You actively scout and evaluate agentic AI solutions for marketing data workflows, running proof-of-concepts and building the business case for AI-driven audience creation, data quality automation, and campaign optimization

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience: You bring 3-6 years in product ownership or product management in a data-intensive or MarTech environment, with hands-on agile experience including backlog management, user story writing, and sprint ceremonies
  • Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of CDP concepts, CRM data models, and audience management for digital advertising, including SEA and Display/Programmatic channels
  • Data Expertise: You are familiar with data quality frameworks, data governance practices, and GDPR/consent management requirements in a MarTech context
  • Tools/Systems: Experience with CDP platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP, or mParticle, as well as Google Ads, DV360, or Meta Ads data integrations, is a plus
  • Background: A background in data engineering or analytics (SQL, data pipelines, BI tools) and experience with AI/ML applications in marketing such as predictive audiences or LLM-powered automation are advantageous
  • Soft Skills: You communicate fluently in English and are equally comfortable working with engineers and marketers, combining strong stakeholder management with genuine curiosity about AI and automation in marketing technology
