YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You own the end-to-end Salesforce product for Corporate Sales, translating requirements from Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tickets
  • You define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder alignment — with clear milestones and measurable KPIs tied to B2B sales productivity
  • You drive requirement workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, and collaborate closely with Salesforce developers throughout the full delivery cycle, from refinement and sprint planning through UAT, release, and hypercare
  • You lead user onboarding and change management for new Salesforce features, producing targeted communication, training materials, and adoption tracking to maximise rollout success across corporate sales teams
  • You monitor product performance through adoption rates, data quality indicators, and sales productivity metrics, using those insights to inform backlog prioritisation and ensure all developments comply with SIXT's data governance standards
  • You act as the authoritative product voice with Sales leadership, CRM, and the broader Tech organisation, managing stakeholder expectations and owning 1st-level support prioritisation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education: You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and good to have a Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience: You bring 8+ years in a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager role with strong command of backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning in an agile environment
  • Salesforce Expertise: You have hands-on product ownership or business analysis experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and a solid understanding of how CRM configuration drives B2B sales productivity
  • Analytical Skills: You are comfortable defining success metrics, tracking adoption and performance data, and using quantitative insight to prioritise the backlog and demonstrate value delivered to stakeholders
  • Communication: You communicate with clarity at all levels — from engineering squads to senior business stakeholders — and translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa
  • Tools/Systems: You have a working understanding of AI and automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem and an eye for where they can add practical value in a corporate sales context
