YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive innovation and development of corporate customer-centric AI solutions focusing on agentic AI, including chat and voice bots and Virtual Sales Assistants
• You enhance and personalize customer interactions at scale, integrating seamlessly with our CRM platform, Salesforce
• You collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to build and deploy intelligent tools worldwide
• You own and execute the conversational AI roadmap from concept through launch, optimizing corporate sales touchpoints across markets
• You monitor and analyze product performance and business impact, owning key KPIs and structuring your backlog effectively
• You proactively identify innovation opportunities by researching market trends and evaluating tooling, ensuring alignment with product strategy

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have proven Product Owner experience working with generative AI products and understand their enterprise capabilities and limitations; agentic/multiagent AI knowledge is a plus
• Background You have solid understanding of B2B sales pipelines and corporate sales processes end-to-end, ideally with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Know-how You possess hands-on expertise in designing, delivering, and optimizing conversational AI solutions including chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants, conversation design, prompt engineering, and continuous improvement
• Skills You excel at translating complex business needs into AI use cases, product requirements, and clear success metrics like conversion and CSAT
• Communication You are strong in communication and stakeholder management able to align technical and non-technical teams and drive AI adoption in Sales
