YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive the development of globally impactful, AI-powered pricing products using modern AI tools, rapid prototyping, and vibe coding approaches across a diverse international stakeholder landscape

• You lead a team in designing, building, and evaluating pricing algorithms and statistical models while clearly communicating progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels

• You independently explore, query, and interpret complex datasets to surface actionable insights and drive alignment across pricing, yield, and business stakeholders

• You own your product's business performance by defining and monitoring KPIs, prioritizing your backlog, and making fast, well-evidenced decisions using AI-augmented analytics

• You co-create and continuously evolve the pricing and yield vision and roadmap, acting as the communication bridge between data science, engineering, and business

• You set the standard for an AI-literate, data-empowered product culture while managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders effectively

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Expertise: You bring solid knowledge in Pricing and/or Yield Management with hands-on exposure to AI-based optimization models and a genuine curiosity for experimenting with emerging AI tools

• Education: You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Economics, or equivalent Product Owner experience with a proven track record of driving data-informed decisions in agile environments

• Technical skills: You have strong command of analytics tools such as Python and database querying through SQL, with confidence in vibe coding and independently building quick prototypes

• Communication: You are an exceptional communicator able to translate complex data insights into clear business language and build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences

• Tools & Systems: You are AI-literate and self-sufficient in data exploration with working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for agile product management

• Languages: You are fluent in English with German being a nice to have for collaborating across our international teams
