YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You lead the coordination of administrative and technical processes that directly support our Small to Medium Enterprise sales teams   
• You assist sales agents by handling account creation, credit checks, and deal setup to keep their focus on customers 
• You manage customer inquiries, data updates, and ensure accurate communication between clients and internal departments  
• You maintain seamless subscription bookings, SX calculations, and Salesforce approval creation based on sales input 
• You support special campaigns and scheduling appointments to help increase client engagement and satisfaction  
• You handle daily mailbox monitoring, categorizing, and processing emails during sales agents’ absences 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience You have 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or customer service. 
• Education You have a High School diploma and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. 
•  Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). 
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication. 
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.  
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory, if required.
