YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will take responsibility early, supporting KPIs, operational efficiency, and team success
  • Preparing for your landing role through real business challenges and a final assessment
  • Learning the business from the bottom to the top, starting as a Fleet Service Agent to learn our business from the ground up
  • You will deliver exceptional premium customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints
  • You will also rotate through core business functions like Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, and Performance Management
  • Collaborating closely with Senior Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Growth mindset You have a completed business management degree or have relevant experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and management
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial potential You have a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, driven to lead - you don’t wait for instructions, you take the lead
  • Communication excellence You have strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proactive attitude You work independently, solve problems, and take ownership
  • Agile flexibility You are open to rotating across different locations and branches, you may also be asked to relocate in the UK
  • Mobility readiness You hold a valid driver’s license and have at least 1 year of driving experience and 6 points or less

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet. As part of a team, it is easier to explain our products, find the best solution for the customer and manage the day-to-day business.
