We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inside Sales Support Administrator, based in Slough, Berkshire. If you’re a service-driven professional with a talent for building strong customer relationships and a knack for organisation, this role in our UK Car Rentals division could be the perfect fit. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You build lasting relationships with our customers. Your team is the beating heart of the cooperation
- You support your Field Sales colleagues with your focused and precise way of working. In your daily job you keep a structured overview in preparation of meetings with customers, offers and price calculations, contract management, and other tasks
- You analyse customer usage behaviour and data to uncover further sales opportunities and follow up on them (alone, or with your Field Sales colleagues) and to grow revenues
- You partner up with international colleagues, to expand cooperations with customers across the globe
- You implement and enable: You deliver a seamless mobility experience for B2B customers, making a difference through excellence and excitement
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Communication Strong relationship-building skills: You will be the first point of contact to travel managers and procurement managers.
- Organisation You have outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and delegate
- Team spirit and Motivation Commercially astute team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
- Soft Skills Analytic skills for analysing customer usage data and identifying opportunities.
- Tools Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Experience You bring 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management or Inside Sales. More is always welcome!
