To understand our customers’ needs and to optimize user experience we execute experiments on our website and in our App. We are looking for an Executive Product Analyst (m/f/d) Experimentation to support these experiments end to end within Revenue Management in our Headquarters in Pullach near Munich. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You will enable scalable and trustworthy experimentation for SIXT within Revenue Management and ensure that insights from tests are accurate, statistically significant, and actionable, directly influencing our core KPIs 
• You develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making 
• You promote best practices for experimentation within Revenue Management 
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform 
• You will be the first point of contact for all technical, analytical and product specific questions regarding experiments 
• You partner with stakeholders across teams to identify key business challenges, translate them into testable hypotheses, and develop experimentation strategies to drive impactful insights 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development and applied experience solving problems regarding experimentation 
• Expertise You have deep applied knowledge of statistical testing, regression modeling, and causal impact measurement techniques 
• Tools You have strong expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python) 
• Soft skills You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with different stakeholders 
• Language You are fluent in English, German is a plus
