YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You process payroll for France, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

• You manage employee records, tax declarations, and social security contributions.

• You handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and internal teams.

• You collaborate with payroll providers and HR teams to resolve discrepancies.

• You ensure compliance with French labor laws, tax obligations, and audits.

• You contribute to payroll process improvements and system updates.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: 2-4 years in payroll support or administration, preferably in a global environment
• Knowledge: Understanding of French payroll practices, tax laws, and compliance requirements
• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Tools/Systems: Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday is a plus)
• Language: Fluency in French & English with excellent communication skills is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
• Soft Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
