YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for calculating, checking, and maintaining purchasing conditions in our systems

• You are the first internal contact person for all data relating to our vehicles and you take care of various operational issues from day-to-day business

• You coordinate the delivery schedules and vehicle equipment with our suppliers and work closely with the purchasers and the Yield, Fleet Management and Marketing departments at SIXT

• You are responsible for the preparation, creation and review of vehicle purchasing contracts

• You will be responsible for preparing condition overviews and summaries of the various contracts

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have relevant professional experience in Detail oriented roles

• Language You are fluent in English and Spanish, French would be a plus

• Work Environment You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a hands-on mentality in your day-to-day work without losing sight of the details

• Soft Skills You thrive when you can take care of all the details of our vehicles with great accuracy and make all the data consistent

• Tools You are IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
