YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Analyze large financial datasets to track revenue, costs, and KPIs.
• Develop automated financial reports for weekly and monthly insights.
• Ensure cost control by identifying risks and inefficiencies.
• Manage partner payments (Expedia, airport fees, etc.) and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals vs. budget/forecast.
• Act as an internal auditor, ensuring financial compliance.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: 1-3 years (max 5) in finance, accounting, or cost control
• Tools/Systems: Advanced Excel, SQL preferred, SAP & Aphena (AWS) a plus
• Automation: Strong ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Soft Skills: Data-driven, proactive, direct communicator, problem-solver
• Collaboration: Ability to work with global teams to drive financial accuracy and reporting
• Language: Fluent in English for effective communication
