We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. Hourly rate $19.25

    • Greet customers warmly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
    • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
    • Process customer transactions accurately, ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of the job
    • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
    • Adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's database
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
    • Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and evening shifts
    • Willingness to wear a company uniform
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Empathetic approach to customer concerns and ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
