We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team in New York, United States. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and contribute to the overall success of our organization. salary $70,313 and Bonus Annually $37,500 & Company Car.
- Manage the branch's overall performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting and expense control
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer service
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the branch's products and services
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
- Represent the company at local events and build relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of branch management experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
