Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each client's needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Promote and sell our rental products, including vehicles and additional services, to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage our premium fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and ready for customer use
• Process rental agreements, handle payments, and explain terms and conditions to customers
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each rental
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings

• Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Strong customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
