You will, jointly with an experienced Lead Product Owner, define, manage & own the strategy, development and lifecycle of our suite of fleet products. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Guaranteed e2e ownership - You have dedicated responsibility for managing the roadmap & development of existing MVPs for our existing fleet tools and features in our future main fleet suite
• Be the CEO - You keep track of the business impact of your products. Be the main contact for business, interfacing tools, engineering, data science and IT strategy
• Business & interfaces - Challenge business requirements & propose new requirements based on your gained business understanding, technical insights & user feedback. Balance acting as an executer & challenger to find the company optima
• Engineering & data science - Manage our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a balance between innovation and iteration
• Know your KPIs and metrics and apply them to structure, identify areas for optimization, and also prioritize your backlog
• Learn every day – Work closely with our Lead Product Owner on managing the strategy/roadmap & development of our future main fleet suite. Bring your skills & expertise to the next level - Once ready, we have plenty of challenges to offer

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have technical expertise based on a university degree in an applicable field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, business economics), where you gained strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure product performance
• Experience You have first experience working as a product manager or owner, where you learned to challenge both business & engineers / data scientists
• Mindset You bring drive & willingness to fill the given trust & ownership including the capability to handle the dynamic surrounding that comes along such responsibility
• Tools You are familiar with software development methodologies & tools (Jira & Confluence)
• Language You are fluent in English
