YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead a customer-centric product strategy, roadmap and backlog, ensuring an intuitive and premium car rental experience across all digital touchpoints 
• You own and drive key features and projects over the full product development cycle: from ideation phase, through design, specification and development and over to the launch and post release analysis 
• You collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to define, build and launch products and features 
• You write crystal clear product specs, optimize conversion funnels, and to foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the testing of new ideas and features through rapid prototyping and A/B testing  
• You communicate product plans, benefits, KPIs and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization and find the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You bring several years of product management experience, adept in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on customer-facing digital products (experience in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry is a plus) 
• You're comfortable leading, using available data insights to help your team and peers to make strategic product decisions 
• You’re energetic and hard-working, a continuous learner in an ever-changing ecosystem of interactive pixels, striving for the highest possible quality of work 
• You are passionate for “making it happen” and a hands-on mentality for flawless execution, you’re resourceful and creative and can solve challenging problems independently 
• You have excellent English communication skills and excel at analyzing and communicating complex topics clearly and concisely across all organizational levels
