SIXT’s Procurement team has expanded its scope, increasing the need for standardized processes and tools. Procurement internationalization is now a key pillar of the development strategy with newly established teams in our corporate countries.

That’s where the Procurement Excellence team steps in, helping to digitalize source-to-pay processes as part of our Procurement 4.0 strategy.

To drive cost efficiency and enhance budget monitoring, we are looking for an Executive Agent for Procurement Administration (m/f/d). You’ll take ownership of key administrative and budget tasks, working independently within the Procurement Excellence team in Lisbon and reporting to the Procurement Excellence Executive Manager.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Support the yearly budget planning process for corporate countries from the procurement side
  • Prepare run-rate costs, align specific central and decentral overhead costs with group controlling and commodity budget leads
• Review and be part of the approval chain for unplanned budget requests occurring throughout the year and shifting budget needs between projects
• Structure data from procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Excel)
• Learn how to use Business Intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight and Coupa Analytics
• Provide meaningful data insights to relevant stakeholders
• Support other procurement teams in their administrative needs (such as data quality initiatives aimed at keeping master data up-to-date)

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have completed higher education with above-average success
• Experience You have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience
• Skills You are enthusiastic about data, have good analytical skills
• Tools You possess intermediate Excel skills
• Way of working You can work independently and have good communication skills to align with stakeholders
• Languages You have strong written and spoken English skills
