Salary up to $150K annually plus potential bonus multiplier & company car (includes BMW option)

SIXT is looking for a General Manager for JFK Airport to handle the growth and profitability of their very own operation while ensuring that we are providing first-class experience. As an essential part of the team, they will be responsible for the development of their very own branch while driving profitability as they train and develop your staff. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • Strong supervisory and communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
  • 3-5 years management experience 
  • 5 years working experience 

Qualifications

Compensation:

  • Earn up to $150,000 + company car (choice of car, including BMW)

  • Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution
  • Participate in all areas of employee management
  • Understand cost control and achieve individual sales goals
  • Monitor prices and set rates for walk-ups

  • Increase the market penetration of the branch and increase revenue

About the department:
As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
