DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You develop new products and assets for our branches and lounges, aligning them with our brand standards and customer needs
• Therefore, you also establish processes for integrating and executing new products within our organization and improving processes for design development and implementation
• You provide project solutions to address challenges and optimize implementation processes
• For this, you also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives as well as working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to bring design concepts to fruition
• You conduct research to identify market trends, materials and technologies relevant to design development

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You’ve gained a university degree in Architecture, Industrial or Product Design and have proven experience in design development, project management and process optimization
• Your creative and conceptual abilities allow you to easily use design software and prototyping tools
• With a keen eye for design and quality, you can apply your knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and fabrication techniques
• You’ve got the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• You can communicate fluently in both German and English, and you’ve got excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong problem-solving
