What you will do:

• Welcoming our customers at SIXT
• Checking the customers have all the required documents present to set up their rental agreement
• Performing security checks
• Selling protection packages and upgrades
• Offering the best service
• Explaining rental agreements to the customers
• Handing over the keys
• Communicating with the parking and turn around team which vehicles are available and needed

About You:

• You are passionate about sales and services.
• You are results oriented.
• You are able to work shifts and weekends.
• You are a great communicator.
• You speak fluent English - any other languages are nice to have.
• You possess a driving license.

Awaiting you at SIXT:

You will be trained at the locations in Amsterdam. This training period takes an average of 3 months, after this you will start working from Schiphol.

• Fixed salary of € 2.350,- gross per month.

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
