What are Salesforce Engineers do ?

Our Salesforce Engineers are responsible for designing, building, and scaling core applications built on Force.com Platform that support our web and mobility applications running in production. They are versatile technologists who have a lot of experience up and down the stack and are comfortable building best possible user experience applications and maintaining cloud infrastructure, writing resilient and high-performance code or scaling large distributed systems.   • Demonstrated expertise in using Salesforce, including prior experience implementing large-scale solutions
  • Developer/technical architect certification for Sales and/or Service Cloud
  • Professional software development and IT project management experience preferred
  • Passion for object-oriented programming languages, elegant database design and systems, component technologies, XML standards, and staying abreast of current technology trends
  • Fluency in Java and/or Apex, Triggers, Batch Programs, complex sharing access management
  • Experience in Visualforce
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • A desire to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders and share knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed? – Your willingness to accelerate:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s engineering or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong experience in defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.
  • Experience in effectively using Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
  • Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments
  • Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively pitch solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions on Salesforce suite of products.
  • You work with engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, code reviews, source management (GitHub), deployment processes (Jenkins), testing, operations, etc. and you also have got an understanding of data management fundamentals, distributed systems, and data storage/compute principles
  • Good to have-Knowledge of Service Cloud and experience in building Service Cloud application.
  • Good to have- Omni Studio, Einstein Classification, Einstein GPT, Analytical Studio Developer/Consultant.
