Sixt is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join the accounting team. The Accounting Analyst will support the accounting analysis, be responsible for assisting the Fleet Receivable Supervisor through providing timely and accurate support of Fleet Receivable functions while satisfying internal control and audit requirements. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Arrange assignments, identify problems, offer solutions, and analyze timelines of projects 
•    Ensure proper and timely invoicing of all fleet sales and auditing of in-service dates, out-of-service dates, and reconditioning costs 
•    Coordinate with Germany AR to ensure payments received have been booked and cleared 
•    Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Fleet Receivable Supervisor with analysis of data and reports, provide and facilitate accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics, such as reconciliation report and payment report 
•    Support external auditing team review documents 
•    Provide analytical support for Discrepancies project and non-return allowance report
 

•    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study 
•    Minimum 2 to 3 years prior experience
•    Experience with SAP FI/CO, Oracle SQL and other financial tools is a plus 
•    Great attention to detail and accuracy 
•    Must be detailed oriented and organized 
•    Proficiency in creating reports in a sensible and presentable form 
•    Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) 
•    Advanced knowledge of project management methods 
•    Professional written and verbal skills 
•    Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
