DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You will be responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of monthly franchisee statements
• For this, you will coordinate all related processes such as complete invoicing, system parameterization, etc., and will be responsible for the further development of our internal control system
• You ensure regular payment flows by monitoring incoming payments, maintaining a consistent dunning system, management of overdue items and coordinating the release processes for outgoing payments
• You take care of the compliance with tax requirements, e.g. regarding sales tax and withholding tax
• You lead a team of 4 (2 in Lisbon/2 internationally) and act with them as a sparring partner at eye level

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have profound professional experience in the finance area (especially accounts receivable) and already gained experience in team management, ideally in distributed teams
• You enjoy working with numbers, data and facts. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• You have very good knowledge regarding the common MS-Office tools, especially Excel and of ERP systems, ideally SAP
• You are an organization and coordination talent and communicate fluently in English, German is a plus
• You are based in Portugal and have a valid working permit
