What you will do: 

• Your main tasks include the development of the strategic reporting structures and strategic KPIs 

• You continuously track GBS (Global Business Service) Performance topics 

• You align the Performance & Steering Dashboards with Business Units 

• You are responsible for bundling requirements toward BI 

• As a strategist, you find it easy to prepare reports on day-to-day business and to ensure that they are transferred and implemented in strategic long-term reporting, this includes the creation of ad hoc analyses 

• You always keep an eye on the efficiency of processes and the performance of service providers 

About you: 

• You are a strategist, visionar and doer all in one 

• Communication is in your “blood”, especially with internal stakeholders 

• You have a completed study in business administration, information systems or comparable and maybe first experience in accounting  

• You bring at least 5 years BU-specific work experience with you and at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst

• Due to your experience, you are happy to lead colleagues

• An independent development of reporting structures and KPI's are no challenge for you 

• You enjoy preparing data and presenting it in a clear and meaningful way 

• You have a very good understanding of operational business processes 

• You are fluent in English, other languages are an advantage 

• You are an expert in the common office applications   

• Furthermore, you have a certain bite and a stable stubbornness
