Job Description

1 position open domestically in the U.S. Western Region. Applicants should reside in this region.

Lead and execute CSG/Flow Aftermarket strategy of delivering Aftermarket growth, profitability and customer satisfaction of an assigned geographical region.  Engage, coordinate and leverage multiple Flow internal groups and resources to deliver the best in class service solutions to customers to achieve loyalty.  

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Aftermarket Commercial Management:

a.        Deliver Profit and Loss performance to the budget – bookings, revenue, and OPEX.

b.        Market share gain in alignment with growth and profit objectives via targeting and winning back customers on consumables, spares, services, and PM Programs.

c.         Seamless quote to fulfillment executions.

·        Customer Satisfaction:

a.        Visit and consult customers on a regular basis to baseline (VOC) and improve service engagements and offering.

b.        Escalate and track technical and commercial issues for timely resolution and internal learning.

c.         Investigate and resolve any issues resulting from substandard performance.

·        Service Team:

a.        Develop regional service team to be self-reliant, properly trained and cohesive to provide optimum customer services.

b.        Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the team members.

c.         Provide support and guidance to service staff to ensure timely and quality customer service.

d.        Maintain positive and healthy relationship with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 

  • Leadership of highly technical teams, with previous experience in Operations Management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiar with PC utilizing Windows, Word and Excel, and CAM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and to resolve stressful situations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong customer relations.
  • Demonstrated ability for innovative/creative thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Yes

Education and/or Training:

  • BS in Business and/or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of waterjet and/or other industrial equipment operations, maintenance, and management.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a capital equipment marketing, product, program, application and/or aftermarket (service) engineer, supervisor, or manager.
